Introduction to Youth Friendship for Peace 2014:-
Youth Friendship for Peace 2014 (YFP 2014) comprises of two parts:
1) On 15th (Sat) & 16th (Sun) of November 2014, we will be holding a series of Youth Friendship Meetings where the joy of Buddhist practice will be shared.
2) On 20th (sat) & 21st (sun) of December 2014, we will be holding cultural performances at the Toa Payoh Sports Hall. The t
heme of the YFP 2014 is "Together in Mind, Together We Advance". This is based on SGI President Daisaku Ikeda's encouragement given to the Young Women Division (YWD) and Young Men Division (YMD) at his first official visit to Singapore in 1988. In the coming months, we look forward to active & joyous participation of our youth and their friends. And whilst the youth are busily preparing for YFP 2014, we will provide updates on this FB page and welcome all participants to post their training & learning journey with us!
