Being avid lovers of aerial and acrobatic arts, Denjz and Eunice materialised their long-held dreams in June 2017 to open Aerial and Floor, an aerial fitness space at the heart of Chinatown. The dynamic duo has a clear vision - make aerial and acrobatics arts achievable and relevant for any person, and groom passionate

individuals keen on pursuing this art form professionally. They strongly believe that freedom of expression should be a way of life, and hope Aerial and Floor will be the inspirational haven where everyone is welcome to explore and experiment with their desired artform. Drawing from their experiences after years of teaching acrobatic fitness, Eunice and Denjz have tailored a comprehensive syllabus for their classes to suit individuals from all walks of life. Each lesson is held for a unique 70 mins duration - they found this to be the practical length of time for students to fully grasp the curriculum during each class. The couple aims to reach out to all generations, and inspire many others to make aerial and acrobatic arts an integral part of their lifestyle.

[UPDATED] Hi everyone, we are releasing a selection of preloved and new aerial apparatus, gym & studio equipment for sale.

🛒 This includes fabrics (for hammock or silks), trapeze, straps and rigging equipment — previously used in a professional teaching environment.
🛒 Listing also our gym equipment (weights, dip bars, pull-up bars, yoga blocks etc.)
🛒 Items are limited and will be allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

Our Final Mini Term Begins 💙

This 4-week term from 26 April – 24 May will be our final run at Aerial and Floor. A little bittersweet, but also a chance for us to come together one last time 🫶🏻

• Technique (Spins & Flares, Rolls, Flips, Backbends)

🎗️HAMMOCK

🔺 TRAPEZE

• Sequences (Intermediate)

💪🏻 STRENGTH
• Body Weight Conditioning
• Handstand
+ Plenty of conditioning open classes for drop-ins

🐧 STRAPS
• No group classes, DM for private bookings

If you’ve been meaning to train with us, revisit your favourite classes, or simply spend time in the space again… this is it.

More than anything, this term is about showing up, moving together, and celebrating everything we’ve built over the years 💙

After nine years of creating and growing — in the air and on the ground — we will be closing this chapter at the end of May 2026.

What started as a studio became a space for growth.
🙈 For first inverts.
🪩 For students who grew into performers.
🙋🏻‍♀️ For shaky hands that became steady.
💪🏻 For discovering strength you didn’t know you had.

That legacy will continue beyond these walls 💙✨

Details of Final Classes

🎪 Term 2 (2 Mar – 26 Apr) will be our final full 8-week term. Sign-ups begin very soon!
🎪 We’ll close with a 4-week mini term (27 Apr – 24 May)
🎪 Open class package holders — please plan to utilise your classes by 24 May 2026 (unless otherwise announced).
💃🏻 Do save 16 May for us, as we plan an event to celebrate the rockin’ 9 years we’ve spent here!

Term Break Special: 🌊C Shaping Technique Lab 🌊

📆 31 Dec (Wed), 7.55-8.55pm
🎪 1 class credit, or drop in @ $42

This class will introduce students to C shaping techniques and pathways, as well as core and hip conditioning drills.

This is suitable for students of any level who are keen to begin working on holding positions such as back balance and flag, or C shaping skills such as waist/hipkey roll ups.

This is a technique-focused class where you will learn basic principles of beats and dynamics on silks. This will equip you with the foundation to begin your dynamics journey.
