PINK GAJAH is the metaphor of the Pink Elephant in the room that society does not want to address. With our metaphor and fusion of language, Pink Gajah Theatre comes together to create inter-cultural school programs, community workshops and devised theatre performances.

My fitness goal which starts now is sooooo beyond anything I've ever actually set out to do. I've always been relatively fit but never solid. I want to up my game in muaythai and boxing. Up my kalsri regularly with ramji and my own practice. I want to gym with weights regularly and eat proper.

Drop the cigs I smoke on occasion and cut down on alcohol.

I want to be in the best shape of my life and I want to start adapting and adopting a fighter girl mindset.

2024. I'm freaking here.

Getting to work with poet MD SHARIF UDDIN who is a migrant worker in Singapore and writes about life as a worker in Singapore flirting between delicate politics and eye opening truth, he gives the world an emotional perspective on life as a foreign worker in this lion city.

Following him around Singapore, Sean and I suddenly found ourselves in the simple map of "Little Bangladesh"

We ate his food, we sat where he sits, we bought drinks from the stalls he buys from, we spoke about art and life and family....

There was a quiet peace that surrounded the area on a Sunday.

As the day came to an end by a grass lawn next to thr Mosque, I understood deeply how important a community is and how important it is to be the voice of one. That is Shariff for his people, who in a large way, are part of our community too, they are our people.

Sean is our director of photography and editor

is our sound designer

And I am directing a series of 3 individuals who take us through 3 forgotten corners of Little India, Joo Chiat and Katong respectively.

Watch out for the films launching in January as part of
