Welcome to the posthumous retrospective exhibition of Mr Chieu Shuey F**k, one of Singapore’s prolific and forward looking artist of the 2nd Generation Pioneer Artist cohort.
This exhibition showcases a curated selection of his artwork spanning across 7 decades ranging from his earlier representational and abstract batik works in the 70’s to the contemporary and experimental styles of his metal, alumnium and glass relief works of the 90’s to the millennium and beyond.
Also showcasing are the later works towards the end of his eventful and colourful life as an artist in July 2024 at the age of 90. He was still painting actively till the days leading.
His belief in art resonating with the changes of times reflect very much in the styles that he explored and experimented in his various artwork, to create the synergy with the experiences he had gone through and witnessed through the decades. 
This exhibition is held at the Telok Kurau Studios Art Gallery from 21 to 29 June 2025, 11am to 6pm (weekdays) and 10am to 8pm (weekend). Admission is free and free parking is available within the premise.
