What a beautiful afternoon! ✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for Ekphrasis: An Afternoon of Dance, Poetry and Film.

Thank you for spending your Sunday with us and for bringing your presence, energy, and love to this special afternoon. It was wonderful to see our space filled with conversations, movement, poetry, and stories inspired by art.

Our deepest thanks to all the artists, performers, filmmakers, poets, and everyone behind the scenes who helped bring this event to life.

And a big thank you to National Museum of Singapore for opening its doors to us and being part of this journey. We’re so grateful for the space, support, and opportunity to celebrate migrant workers’ stories through photography.

To everyone who came and shared this afternoon with us, thank you for making Ekphrasis such a memorable one.

Until the next one!

Ekphrasis: An Afternoon of Dance, Poetry & Film

What happens when one art form responds to another?

Join us for an afternoon of poetry, dance and film, as artists come together to respond to this year’s Migrant Workers Photography Festival theme, “Our Favourite Haunts.”

Through movement, words and moving images, discover how a photograph can spark a different story, feeling or interpretation.

Come spend an afternoon with us and experience Ekphrasis—where art speaks to art.
