FUN FACT: After Fred Astaire’s 1933 RKO screen test, studio talent scout Burt Grady supposedly noted:

“Can’t act; slightly bald; can dance a little.”

Despite doubts that the Broadway star’s stage success could translate to film, producer David O. Selznick saw his potential and pushed for him. Astaire went on to become one of Hollywood’s most celebrated dancers.

I've been experimenting I tried Posca paint markers and wood instead of canvas. It's not finished.

I absolutely love them, took a lot of getting used to but turns out paint in pen form is pretty awesome, I have a tremor so found it way more comfortable than a brush. I'm curious to see how they perform on canvas. The ones I bought were super wide, I didn't think to buy any fine points, so it needs a serious amount of touch fixing after I buy some finer points. My only critique is that they don't sponsor me 😜

And.... NO CLEANING BRUSHES!! 😍

I also used standard Bunnings acrylic wall paint for the background it's way runnier than artists paint so you need more costs but the finish is way more uniform and smooth and you can even use a roller.
