Hi everyone, Ben () here. I have been doing alot of thinking about the future of minicha studios.

Honestly, things are going great but we have been running on full throttle for the past 2.5 years to keep up with local expectations of service. We are breaking even and have a steady base of consistent orders.

But here's the thing, I'm burnt out. We have tried many solutions(incl hiring staff and alot of suggestions from "gurus" ) to help with this but we realise it's unsustainable to keep up with this tempo.

So here's what I'm proposing, we will slow down the business:
1. Service speed will slow down abit, expect slower delivery times.
2. we will reduce our opening days to 4 days a week.
3. Prices will go up a little.
4. As a compromise, we will slowly be upgrading our fleet of printers.

Please bear with us for a while and expect more innovative products to be announced in the coming days.

Ps. There will be no golden tea cup this year.
