🌟 Empowering New Voices in Inclusive Arts: Rhythm & Readiness 🌟

We are looking for passionate dancers within the PWID community who are ready to up-skill and lead!

Rhythm & Readiness is more than a dance program—it is a professional certification designed to develop Assistant Movement Co-facilitators for pre-school arts programs.
We believe in the power of inclusive leadership, and we want to help you build the skills to inspire the next generation.

Why this programme is a game-changer:
✅ Professional Development: Participants gain a certificate in assistant teaching.
✅ Independent Living: Training focuses on communication, teamwork, and professional aptitude.
✅ Real-World Impact: Eligible graduates will enter an internship (OJT) phase, assisting in actual pre-school classrooms alongside our expert mentors.

Over the past two days, we have successfully presented Discover the Beauty of Indian Dance - Deepavali Celebrations as part of our Arts Education Programme (AEP) in three schools, featuring diverse performers and cultural educators including Kumudha Panneerchelvam, Pawandip Singh with Joshiley Bhangra, Jiaying Weng from DADC, Raghavendran Rajasekaran, and emcee Shaiful.
The programme was designed by Kavitha Krishnan.

We are pleased to share some highlights from the different school presentations.

Our recent Arts Education Programme, held as part of the school's Purple Parade Campaign, promoted inclusive practices and disability awareness. We invited dancers from Maya Dance Theatre DADC to share their talents and interact with our students. The dancers, including Jiaying, June Lin and Arassi, shared insights into their creative processes, assisted by Maya's creative enablers: Kailin Yong, Muhd Sharul Mohd and Shaizman.
