Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Instrument Discovery Day 2026! We had a wonderful afternoon introducing a variety of wind instruments to children & parents, and sharing the joy of making music together.

Meaning “all” or “together,” tutti embodies the collaborative spirit that inspired the creation of this concert series. For this first wrap-up post, we’re shining the spotlight on the collaboration and combined efforts of Ventus and Band Academy Singapore.

From rehearsals to the final bow, it was a wonderful opportunity to make music together 🎶✨

Thank you to every musician who performed. You put in the many hours at rehearsal just for this. To our directors and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, thank you for keeping everything together.

And to the mentors from .band .music , thank you for the continued mentorship and guidance to our members.

To the families and friends who came to cheer our musicians on, and to every supporter who bought a ticket and spent their evening with us, from the atrium all the way to the finale, we are grateful to have you!

Kyoto’s calling! ☎️ TUTTI III! is in 3 days! 🇯🇵🎶

Our last feature piece is Toshio Mashima’s La Danse du Phénix

A dazzling and dramatic work inspired by the beauty and culture of Kyoto, Japan’s historic capital. The piece paints vivid musical scenes, from the calm atmosphere of temple gardens and rustling bamboo groves to the brilliant splendour of the famous Kinkaku-ji Temple. All of it builds toward an explosive finale worthy of the mythical phoenix itself.

One of the featured pieces we will be performing is Satoshi Yagisawa’s Hymn to the Sun with the Beat of Mother Earth.

Filled with soaring melodies, vibrant rhythms, and cinematic moments, this is one of those pieces that makes you want to dramatically stare into the distance afterwards 🌅✨
