James for adoption (HDB approved)
James, our cute maltese bichon frise cross, was back at the vet because of skin issues. His skin was a bit red but the vet advised that it was otherwise ok, suggesting that it might be due to a food allergy. The vet recommended a food trial of a novel protein, e.g. kangaroo, venison or crocodile, to see if it will help so he will be started on some exotic meat soon.
James, an ex-breeding dog, has also put on a bit of weight since his last visit to the vet so, besides this mild skin issue, is doing very well.
James is a healthy 4-year-old maltese and bichon frise mix, has 3 teeth but still very much a cutie pie. If you would like to adopt James, please fill out the non-obligatory adoption form goo.gl/forms/ia4w4IlWYk
James requires 2 walks a day and home cooked meals, he is affectionate, obedient although shy and slow to warm up as he had very little human contact in the breeding kennels. He has also never been left alone since his rescue 2 months back so his new family should not leave him alone for more than 4 hours as he may be scared. Gets on well with dogs and would do better in a household with a nice, calm dog to guide him.
