Art Inspiration Art Inspiration was founded by Mr Low Tho Seng who has more than 40 years of art experience.

All these years, our artist Mr Low Tho Seng has been actively participating in all sorts of art events from designing sculptures to organizing art exhibitions. Art Inspiration is here not only to provide teaching for adults in oil painting, watercolour painting, pastel and charcoal but also the sale of paintings and commissioned works.
