With Red, Black And Gold is a clean yet chaotic abstract. It was created in difficult circumstances and challenges. The piece vividly demonstrates strong positive vibes of bold resilience and perseverance. One of my favourite piece. Glad it found its deserving space and owner.

With red, black, and gold brushstrokes bold,
A canvas of resilience I'll unfold.
Through trials and struggles, we are tested,
Yet, we emerge stronger, bravely invested.
Red represents the fire burning within,
The passion and courage that we begin.
Black embodies the darkness we face,
But we rise above, taking our rightful place.
Gold glistens like the sun in the sky,
A symbol of our perseverance, soaring high.
We brush away doubt, hold our heads up high,
Resilience carries us towards the sky.
With each stroke of the brush, our story is told,
A masterpiece of resilience, strong and bold.
So let the colors dance, let the story unfold,

Lanterns Amidst Darkness
But memories alone, will never keep our stories alive. Amidst the vibrant hues that permeate through windows, I marvel at the hustle and bustle of the New Year crowd, doing their best to commemorate their tradition in their own ways. With the cries of hawkers cajoling and haggling and the atmosphere of festivity, it dawned upon me that our identity, as individuals, resided within our willingness to sustain our traditions. As they endure, so do we, like lanterns amidst darkness.

Moment Of Clarity
With clarity, I paint my strokes
Black as night, each one evokes
Emotions deep, a world so wide
In each line, a journey to abide

With every stroke, a story is told,
Of triumphs and struggles, new and old,
A reflection of mind's intricate ways,
And the emotions that their path plays.

In clarity, I find my way
Through the darkness, I make my stay
Each stroke a beacon, shining bright
Guiding me through the canvas, the light

So let the clarity black strokes display,
Reminding us all of life's different way,
For it's in the shadows, life's secrets, we see,
And on the white canvas, we find our clarity. confine our identities to what is deemed acceptable.

On Dawn's Light
Our identities, however, don't just reside within our memories. What does the future hold for each one of us? Hopes, aspirations, goals. Gazing at the gleaming skyscrapers, reaching far and wide into the dawn, I marvelled at how far we have come. As individuals, our identity too lies in our ability to dream, to recollect on the memories of yesterday, yet to embrace the possibilities of tomorrow. After all, who could have known the cosmopolitan metropolis we know today was the dream of a young Chinese male in a quaint British Colony? Why should we have to limit ourselves, to restrict our hopes, aspirations, goals, to confine our identities to what is deemed acceptable.

Within River Reflections
As we reflect on what constitutes our identities, let us acknowledge that our identities, are ultimately never fixed in time. Gazing into the reflections within the river, I admired the tiny clusters of shophouses littering the rows of skyscrapers. Gazing into such a sight, I could not help but notice, what constitutes our identities ultimately is the cumulation of what lies within the past, and what our very future holds. Looking at how far we have come, I cannot help but be excited, in our pursuit of identity, where would the future take us.

Amongst Gentle Drizzle
Amidst a gentle drizzle, a warm light envelops a humble structure, a relic of a bygone era. Though unassuming on the outside, within its walls lies a treasure trove of memories waiting to be discovered. As I gaze upon the once-vibrant walls, I am transported to a time when the streets were alive with the vibrant colors and scents of street hawkers' wares.

The echoes of children's laughter and playful shouts still linger in the air, a testament to the traditions that once thrived here. Though these traditions may have faded, their memories endure, each window a unique story waiting to be told, like droplets in a never-ending rain.
