Gűd morningg, World! 🌍 It was this year that I realised I needed to do something about my fitness level and/or pay more attention to my body and mental wellbeing. For the longest of time, I wanted to improve on my fitness and adapt to a more healthier lifestyle. So I finally did by engaging an expert. Cue 🥹.
Besides spinning, pilates 🧘♀️🚴🏽♀️ - which I only just started this year - I wanted to do more. But I know heading to a gym by myself would do me no good. I’m gym illiterate, so it’s always best to hire someone professional who can educate you and monitor your progress. 😅
To be completely honest, I still don’t know what I’m doing, not too sure what exactly I want out of this. But I do want to maintain my weight, keep fit and feel good internally. 🥵 A lot of people are asking me how I maintain my physique in my 30s, as much as I want to say it’s genetics 🧬 , I do want to share a proper answer to help my fellow friends to adapt to a healthier lifestyle, one that they are comfortable and happy with. So here’s my Day 1 - not one day post 🥴
