Did you know that there is a micro-forest full of diverse flora and fauna just located right in front of City Square Mall?

On the 6th and 7th of June, we had the amazing opportunity to host Tiny Expressions with Tiny Kingdom | Explore, learn and be inspired for 's YOUTH4CLIMATE event.

Participants had a wonderful afternoon exploring the wonderful micro-forest located right outside the mall and learned about the importance of nature in an urban setting. They were also introduced to the different flora present, such as the Crepe Ginger and the Fishtail Palm and engaged in meaningful art activities that brought them closer to nature, such as observing and drawing leaves and obtaining textures from nature via frottage (texture rubbing).

Using the textures and marks they have obtained from the micro-forest and a bit of decoupage, participants then translated these into unique masterpieces of their own - a butterfly-shaped fan, a ceramic pot and even a paper lantern! We hope the participants had as much fun as we did!

This upcoming weekend, 6 & 7 June, we are trading the concrete jungle for a deeper look into nature's very own design studio.

We’re thrilled to partner with .grp for our upcoming Tiny Expressions Workshop at City Square Mall!

Together, we’ll be unlocking fun knowledge about local leaves and trees, using the forest as our creative muse. Space Bears Studio will then guide you to translate those collected natural inspirations into your very own gorgeous artworks and products! 🎨

Hello! We're teaming up with .grp for the Youth Climate Festival 2026 at City Square Mall!

We've got two outdoor workshops lined up for the weekend:

📅 Saturday, 6th June & Sunday, 7th June

☀️ Tiny Encounters (9:00am - 10:15am): An outdoor science & sensory walk to explore nature with the Tiny Kingdom team!

🎨 Tiny Expressions (2:00pm - 3:30pm): An outdoor arts & creativity walk in the forest, in collaboration with Space Bears Studio!
