Short foray into Song He's 6-Red comes to an early end last weekend 💔

First round: 4-3 Shoman
Second Round: 3-4 Bryan Lim
Third Round: bye
Fourth Round: 4-2 Shoman
Losers Bracket Finals: 1-4 Bryan Lim

Made 3 x 30 breaks in the first round and fail to make a single one thereafter... quite disappointing.

Can't be too disappointed with the kind of preparation I have. I basically play snooker twice (or once) a month these days. In the week leading up to the event, I paid 3 visits.. probably amounting to 5 hours...

At my age and frequency of play, I can't afford to play recovery shots these days... once I am out of position, I am out.

Back to the grind... 👷

I think it doesn't matter. As long as you deliver it straight, it doesn't matter. The old saying goes: "90% of all technical problems come from the grip"
