🧘 Workshop Content
Listening Bodies is a practice-based workshop that uses the body as a tool for sensing and communication. Participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, the space around them, and others through movement, stillness, breathing, and awareness exercises.
In daily life, we often rely on language and thinking to understand the world. We rarely take time to truly listen to what our bodies are telling us. This workshop guides participants back to the level of feeling, allowing movement to arise naturally from listening and sensing.
This project is the first phase of the long-term initiative "We Are All a Star, How Do We Connect with Other Planets", laying the foundation for future explorations of collective connection and relationship networks. The second phase is planned to be held in August 2026.
