NTU Beztari was started in 2008 under the cultural wing of NTU Malay Language and Cultural Society (NTUMLCS) by 2 of its executive committee members, Julaiha Haron and Hasyimah Harith. Since its inception, Beztari has provided growing platform for many new aspiring dancers to showcase their talent. Within a short span of two years, Beztari has showcased its growth and calibre in various performanc

es on stage and on national television. These include their sterling displays at the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games together with the NTU Chinese Dance Club, Suria Raya Gemilang 2010, Pesta Raya 2010 and the Singapore Malay Dance Festival 2011, Muara at the Esplanade. Coming to its 3rd year and running, NTU Beztari has a member strength of close to 70 dancers inclusive of alumni with up to 60 performances of both traditional and contemporary dance items by its resident renowned dance choreographer, Mr.
