A bold fusion of Japanese warrior energy and dragon symbolism. 🔥🐉

This custom upper-arm piece combines a fierce red Oni/Samurai-inspired mask with a powerful golden dragon, creating a strong composition with intense contrast, depth, and movement.

Every detail was designed to flow naturally with the shape of the arm while keeping the main elements powerful and easy to read from a distance.

A seriously challenging cover-up project.

The original tattoo was extremely damaged, very dark, and covered almost the entire back, making this a difficult piece to transform.

Our Lion Ink artist rebuilt the composition, worked around the existing dark areas, and created a completely new design to cover as much of the old tattoo as possible while improving the overall structure, color balance, and depth.

The tattoo is now fully healed. This is the healed result before the final touch-up. We’re still planning one more touch-up session to sharpen the details, strengthen the colors, and complete the final refinements.

A heavy cover-up like this is not simply about tattooing over the old work — it requires careful planning, experience, and the right design strategy.

A seriously challenging cover-up project.

The original tattoo was extremely damaged, very dark, and covered almost the entire back, making this a difficult piece to transform.

Một tác phẩm mình thực hiện cách đây gần 1 năm và hiện tại hình đã lành hoàn toàn.

Phần này mình chỉ thực hiện ở mặt trong của chân. Phía trên là mèo thần tài, phía dưới là chân dung cô gái, kết hợp cùng chi tiết tấm gương vỡ phía sau để tạo chiều sâu và chuyển động cho toàn bộ bố cục.

Điều mình thích nhất ở tác phẩm này là dù có nhiều chi tiết khác nhau, tổng thể vẫn giữ được sự liền mạch, cân bằng và ôm theo form chân một cách tự nhiên.
