Forearm Pole Climb Tip ✨

Many students think they can’t climb because they lack strength.
But often, the issue is positioning.
When your body collapses into the pole, you lose the space needed to push, grip, and lift.

For a forearm climb:
✔ Create some distance between your hips and the pole
✔ Push through the forearm
✔ Engage your knee grip
✔ Keep your body active instead of hanging on the pole

A small adjustment in positioning can make a huge difference in how light the climb feels.
Remember:
Don’t crush the pole. Create space and climb. 💜
