-Deposit is to be paid to secure for your purchase. NO REFUND of deposit will be given if full payment is not paid on agreed date from both parties.
� No MIA, Last min cancellations, no troll. We will not hesitate to blacklist and block.

� New buyers have to PM my admin and make payment within 15mins to secure ur item.
� Payment must be made before end of the live session to avoid item forfeited back to the auction.

� Send a screenshot of your payment to my admin to verify.
� Winner of the bid is based on my admin's screen and result will be final. We will verify it and proof it on the spot when needed. Please cooperate with my auctioneer and my admin in order to have a pleasant and fun bidding experience!
� All our export sets are QC-ed with entitled to 3 days in house warranty(from the day the products is being delivered to you). If any fault after testing on the day u received, please video, pm us and return back to us within 7 days. Any fault after the 3 days warranty, we will not entertain.
-Batteries is not provided for all item unless stated/mentioned, except for special battery eg drone/rc car is provided. Also do note we do not cover warranty on battery given.
-Free gift item is not being QC, there will be no refund/exchange of free gift item.
-no refund on bundle items , if faulty one to one exchange (if available) or exchange with another working item.
-We will mention if any items that are not QC, buyer will bare your own risk in buying as we ARE selling way below market. For non QC items strictly no refund, no replacement of items etc ..
� Self collection is open VIA APPOINTMENT ONLY. All collection to be made within a week as we have only limited space. 3 reminders will be sent to those who forget to collect, item cost will not be refunded and will be auto rebidded.
