Join us this Saturday at 4.30pm for Magic & Make-Believe—A Multimedia Presentation by Song-Ming Ang about the motivations, aesthetics and influences behind his new film Recorder Rewrite as well as his art practice in general. Streamed directly from his studio in Berlin, the artist will unpack various confluences in his life that have given shape to his solo exhibition 'Music for Everyone: Variations on a Theme', currently on show at the National Museum of Singapore. Amongst other things, Ang will touch on the intersection of visuals, music and movement; high and low culture; and how his professional work bears an imprint of his personal life.
