This is a 4.7-inch Chuchok worship statue,
blessed by Luang Phor Daeng of Wat Pom Raman,
a respected specialist in the Chuchok tradition.

It was made of brass in B.E. 2553.
A smaller Chuchok amulet is also placed inside its base.

In Thai tradition, Chuchok symbolises attracting customers, financial opportunities, helpful people and smoother negotiations.

How to Use Divination Blocks Correctly
怎样正确使用筊杯？

Today, we are introducing a traditional worship tool called divination blocks, also known as moon blocks.

In traditional belief, they are used to seek guidance from deities or when caring for certain Thai sacred items.

First, hold the two blocks together. Calm your mind and ask a clear question that can be answered with “yes” or “no.” Then gently cast the blocks.

One flat side and one curved side facing up is a “Sacred Result.” It usually means yes or agreement.

Two curved sides facing up is a “Negative Result.” It may mean no, or that the timing is not right.

Two flat sides facing up is a “Laughing Result.” Your question may be unclear, so ask again in a clearer way.
