FEKA is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes communication between European Kazakh’s and Kazakh’s in the world and with Kazakhstan.

Currently the Kazakh Diaspora in Europe is concentrated in countries such as Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden. By establishing associations in these countries, the Kazakhs are working to preserve their language, cultures, traditions and customs and aspiring to transmit these to the younger generation. In order to coordinate their activities aimed at achieving these common goals, build their solidarity and to cooperate further, these associations founded the Federation of European Kazakh Associations e. V. "FEKA" in May 2009.
