This weekend, the gallery is in motion.

Visit us and experience a moment of change as we say goodbye to Olena Hnatiuk’s powerful exhibition and prepare a new presentation featuring Johannes Nielsen and Tuomas Korkalo.

Artworks are being moved, rooms are being reshaped, and a new visual conversation is beginning to take form. It is a rare chance to see the gallery between exhibitions — and to get a glimpse of the work that goes into creating the next one.

The upcoming exhibition will soon be available both in the gallery and online. But if you are nearby, we warmly recommend visiting in person. Nothing replaces seeing art at its true scale, with its textures, colours and details right in front of you.

Come by this Saturday or Sunday between 11:00 and 15:00. Explore the transition, see what is taking shape, and spend some time with the art.

Johannes Nielsen & Tuomas Korkalo

New works by Johannes Nielsen have arrived at the gallery, alongside his latest catalogue — ready to fall in love with.

Next week, Tuomas Korkalo will visit from Rovaniemi. Several major works currently in storage will make their final return to Finland, offering the last opportunity to see them here. At the same time, a new selection of smaller-format works will arrive.

Visit urgently to acquire one of his larger works.

TUOMAS KORKALO
Tuomas Korkalo will visit us from Rovaniemi in a couple of weeks. He is the artist behind the much-appreciated public paintings on either side of our gallery building.

During his visit, several larger Korkalo works held in our storage will return to Finland. New works in smaller formats will arrive in their place.
