The BJA shows up loud and clear ⚡️

We put a mic at mid-length from this half stack and pushed the BJA all the way to 10. 🔥

Up close and personal, this beast can push around 120–130dB of pure gain - but even with an iPhone mic, a little soundproofing and some distance, we’re still hitting around 110dB. 😮‍💨 This thing does NOT mess around.

Needless to say… wear your ear protection. We were doubled up. 🦻⚡️

Hot from the museum... The Marshall Mercury ⚡️

Made back in 1972 & 1973, these rare, vintage 5 watt combo amps were originally created from spare parts of other amps. The Mercury was never sold directly in retail, but instead manufactured at our Bletchley factory specifically for mail-order catalogs. It was our first hybrid design - fitted with a single EL84, a solid state pre-amp & a valve power amp, so whilst it only has 5 watts to it's power, it does have an inherently bright tone that breaks into a rich, compressed overdrive when volume is pushed.
