This Sunday we finally start Ballet BluePrint with Daniel Goldsmith!

The Blueprint POPUP is a unique opportunity for a few individuals to get in-depth personal feedback and develop their technique further. During this hour you will have a chance to improve your technique in a few selected techniques/excercises, with many personal corrections. After booking, you may email us if you have any requests. It is recommended that you come to this session warmed up, to get the most out of the class.

The group only fits 4 people per session, and you are required to train at a level of Intermediate 1 or higher in order to book a spot. 875 kr per class, to be booked via our website.

Rosen Movement för 60+ är en form av rörelseterapi som verkar mjukgörande för kroppens muskler och leder, passar dig som vill dansa i ett lugnare tempo. Rosen Movement är framtaget av fysioterapeut Marion Rosen och undervisas hos oss av Charlotte Fürst. Klasserna passar både dig som är nybörjare och dig som har dansvana.
