Introducing the Music Director, Ester! 🎶

Ester is a second year BE student, and one of SASSE’s most accomplished musicians, having played in the spex and being the leader of Music Society.

🎸 Later this fall, Ester will be recruiting 2 guitarists/bassists, 1 pianist, 1 drummer, 3 extras, and 3 singers.

The extras are people who are proficient in their instrument of choice (e.g. flute, sax, violin, etc) and the singers will be doing back-up vocals for the show.

Agnes, Birger and Julija are recruiting the actors for this year’s spex! As the name implies, our actors will take the stage and bring this year’s amazing show to life with their phenomenal acting 🎭

Introducing this year’s Head of Party & Internal Events: Marien! 🥳

After being part of the HR team last year, Marien is switching his focus to parties and internal events! With experience from the IntU Board, he is ready to make this year’s events the best ones yet.

🪩Marien is recruiting 4 Party Fixers who will plan and run the Spex’s internal events, from the kick-off to the Spex weekend and afterparty.

Introducing this year’s Head of Sales & Marketing: Goda! 📣🎟️

After helping the characters look their best as part of last year’s Costumes & Makeup team, Goda is swapping fabrics and fittings for campaigns and ticket sales and taking the lead of this year's Sales and Marketing team! ✨

🔔 Goda is recruiting 4 Marketers who will help promote the Spex through social media posts, posters and other creative campaigns. They will also work with ticket sales and help the show reach as many people as possible.

Introducing the Head of Choreography, Gabriela! 🪩

Gabriela is in the second year of BE, but you will know her as a dancer in last year’s spex.

She is now recruiting 5 dancers who will be performing alongside the actors during the show. They will also be assisting in teaching the dances to the actors 🎭

Introducing this year’s Head of Internal Coordination & HR: Robin! 🤝

The comeback is here! After serving as Head of HR two years ago, Robin is returning to lead this year’s HR & Logistics team.

Robin is recruiting 4 people:
💛 2 Human Resources Coordinators: Support the group’s community and well-being, arrange fika at rehearsals and manage the whistleblowing function.

📋 2 Logistics Coordinators: Keep the practical side of the production running smoothly, particularly during the intense week and show days.

Introducing this year’s Head of Costumes & Makeup: Emilia!🪡

Emilia is a first year BE student and a master of all things design. With an eye for the details + her very own jewellery company, Emilia will make the Spex’s characters truly come to life this year.

🎨 Emilia is recruiting 4 Costumes & Makeup designers. They will be responsible for designing cohesive costumes and makeup that capture the essence of each character. They will also help coordinate fitting and styling while creating and assembling the costumes to enhance the overall storytelling of the production.

Introducing the Head of Scenography, Filip!🛠

You will recognise Filip from his role of Robin Hood in the last spex, but this year he has decided to lead the work backstage.

Filip is recruiting a total of 5 people in his Scenography team:
🔨 2 Set Designers/Builders: Would design and create a cohesive visual style. They would construct and paint large set pieces such as backdrops, platforms and walls.
🔨 2 Prop Designers/Builders: Find/make and organise all the small props and set decor.
🔨 1 Handy(wo)man: Help wherever needed across set and prop teams. Paint, build, fetch supplies and handle quick fixes (which means you need to be flexible and ready to learn on-the-go)

Introducing the Head of Film & Photo, Vijak📸

You may recognize Vijak from last year's Film & Photo team, but this year he is taking the director´s chair and is ready to make this year´s movies greater than ever.

Vijak is recruiting 4 people for the Film & Photo team:
🎬 1 Assistant Director: Direct the movies for the show and help run the set.
💻 1 Editor: Edit and create the movies featured in the show.
📸 2 Photographers: Document the internal process and the show, while also helping shoot the movies.
