FitSteps with Jess! Online ❄️
I often get so swept up in the busyness of this time of year which can leave me feeling frantic and drained. I’ve found that dance and exercise is one of the best ways to keep myself grounded whilst making some time for myself during December. I wanted to create a space to share this with others who might feel the same, or maybe you’d just like to do a festive foxtrot?! Details below, let’s do this!

Happy New Year! 🥳

It's been a while since I've posted on here but I'm BACK and with some exciting news! I'm teaching Jessica's Fitsteps Classes again and would love for you to join :)

Fitsteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo moves of Latin Dancing. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a dance partner to take part!
