FitSteps with Jess! Online ❄️
I often get so swept up in the busyness of this time of year which can leave me feeling frantic and drained. I’ve found that dance and exercise is one of the best ways to keep myself grounded whilst making some time for myself during December. Happy New Year! 🥳

It's been a while since I've posted on here but I'm BACK and with some exciting news! I'm teaching Jessica's Fitsteps Classes again and would love for you to join :)

Fitsteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo moves of Latin Dancing. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a dance partner to take part!

Just to let you know that due to unforeseen circumstances class will be cancelled on Thursday 16th August 7:30-8:30pm. Class will be back to normal on the 23rd August.

Hello lovely Fitsteppers! Just a little update on classes for summer.

There will be no class: 19th & 26th July.

Fitsteps will continue for the whole of August on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th. I won't be in Birmingham for these classes and so they are going to be covered by Sue who's a regular to the class and a recently qualified Fitsteps instructor!

If you have any questions then feel free to drop me a message, thanks for all your support in my first year of Fitstepping!

TONIGHT!

FItsteps is back from 7:30pm-8:30pm at the Selly Park Technology School For Girls (Facility Hire) that can be located via the Steel Gates on Pershore Road.

Your first class is FREE! and £5 thereafter.

Come along for a guaranteed good workout and a laugh! Burn up to 700 calories whilst doing so!
