Earlier this month, ITAC had the honor of serving as Artistic Director for the IDG Summit 2025. 🌟

Let’s revisit this powerful moment where ITAC’s Director, Madeleine McGirk, spoke on stage about the transformative power of Teaching Artistry.

ITAC designed and facilitated every workshop experience: placing Teaching Artistry at the heart of the journey and showing how the arts can guide both personal and collective transformation.

Throughout the Summit, Teaching Artists and global participants co-created spaces where creativity met reflection — transforming ideas into embodied, meaningful practice. 🌎

Day 2 at the IDG Summit 2025: Deep Dive ✨

Yesterday, participants were invited to dive deeper into the “how” of inner development for outer change. The day unfolded across five different tracks, each exploring a unique theme and perspective on inner growth and its impact in the world.

Throughout the sessions, Teaching Artists and global participants co-created experiences where creativity met reflection — transforming ideas into embodied practice.

As Artistic Director of the Summit, ITAC designed and delivered every workshop experience: bringing Teaching Artistry to the heart of the journey and showing how the arts can guide both personal and collective transformation.

The deep dive continues, guided by art, awareness, and collective imagination. 🌟

“Arts are not decorative, they are a powerful tool for change.”
“The greatest enemy we have is certainty.”
“Action shapes values.”
“Bridging opposition is wisdom.”
“I invite you to practice the muscle to create the space between your impulse for reaction and response.”
“Forgiveness is a continuum; it never stops.”
“I don’t have enemies anymore, I have friends yet to meet.”
“We need to be trusted and held. How come I work with leaders and with kids? Well, it’s the same.”
“Resilience is not defined by how small we stand in the shadows, but by how tall we stand in the wicked winds.”
“Inside sadness, I found softness.”
“None of us exists by ourselves.”

To those who spoke and those who listened, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Day one of IDG Summit 2025 was a collective step towards bridging polarities.

🌟 ITAC is proud to be part of the IDG Summit 2025 as Artistic Director, bringing Teaching Artistry to the heart of this global movement.

Day One at the IDG Summit 2025 🌟

The first day of the IDG Summit unfolded with energy, insight, and shared emotion.

ITAC is proud to serve as the Artistic Director of this global gathering, bringing Teaching Artistry to the heart of the Summit: designing and delivering every workshop experience.

🎭 Art in Action: each workshop is led by a different Teaching Artist from across the world, revealing how the arts can deepen the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and inspire meaningful change.

The journey begins—with creativity as our compass and collaboration as our path toward collective growth and transformation. 🌱✨
