"Interesting, surprising and so different. Overall, the sessions were very engaging, different from the other leadership sessions I have had and it’s truly a leadership gym!" ⭐
Wow! Energy has been high throughout the two-day workshop with an incredibly inspiring group of talents from Ericsson!
The participants: 50 aspiring leaders from 19 countries in the early stages of their careers, selected for Ericsson’s global initiative called Next Wave. Over the course of 10 months, they gain broader insights into Ericsson’s business, build a global network, gain mentorship from senior leaders, external coaching and take part in hands-on leadership training with Ledarstudion.
At Ledarstudion, practical training is always at the heart of what we do. The aim of the workshop is for participants to explore and practice their self leadership to eventually lead others.
One key focus area has been increasing self-awareness through exploring personal values. Who am I? And who am I as a leader? When we understand our own perspectives and patterns, it becomes easier to both understand and connect with others — creating greater confidence and clarity in leadership.
The training and insights are closely connected to Ericsson’s leadership principles, making them directly applicable in the participants’ everyday work.
Some more lovely feedback:
⭐ Thank you for a great experience at Ledarstudion! This really gave me the opportunity to take a step back, and self-reflect - often times in our day-to-day we don't think a lot about doing that. I really appreciate all the exercises and practical tools we were exposed to and looking forward to mastering and applying these further!
⭐ You (facilitators) complement each other very well and bring the right energy into every exercise — thoughtful, exploratory, energetic, and engaging. I never felt bored, and I learned a lot through the hands-on approach.
⭐ Really appreciated the activities and mix of theory and practice.
⭐ Thank you for challenging me during these two days. I’m taking many new tools and insights with me for the future.
Thank you Mathilda Jarl for initiating this collaboration, and to all the Next Wavers for joining us!
