The plan for this Lotfi Lazaare from day one was to get my business on his name, that’s his job that’s what he been doing in Norway and find out that what he did with me did with many others , him and many others in Haugesund work in a team put people in problems then press them and they share the cake together.
When Lotfi didn’t deliver the papers either to bostyre or to me I decided to drive back to Haugesund and fix this problem on my own.
After 14 hours drive in the middle of February 2019 I went directly to his address and he was so surprised and scared that he pi**ed on his pants, I ask him for my papers and money, he denied that and took his wife and his 2 children’s to Morocco and stayed there for 2 weeks.
So now I’m sick ,without my documents and the person I counted on don’t want to help instead the day after I get a call from the police telling me to not visit or contact Lotfi Lazaare.

The 2 of January 2019 i took my car and left to Stockholm and left all documents money and my store keys to Lotfi Lazaare, he was taking care of the store from that date to the 17 of January 2019 that’s when our (konkurs) is open.
In this day this monkey Lotfi Lazaare represented us in Haugesund Tingrett and went directly the same day with bostyre Maria Oftedal from Eikesdal lawyer firm in Haugesund and in a strange move she abounded everything in my shop.
This is when Lotfi start playing, first he didn’t delivered the papers or money to bostyre and instead of helping me him and this bostyre start to send mail together and press me to answer and sign papers and numbers that doesn’t exist...
When I felt that this person had other goals then helping me I start asking him questions something that made him upset and turn on my wife and pressing her to take me to mental health control and send him the doctor as soon as possible (see the pictures in this post)

So, end of 2018 my health situation collapsed and I needed to rest, after long discussion me and my wife decided to close the shop and move back to Stockholm end of November we called our (råadgivare) Lotfi Lazaare for a meeting we explained to him the situation and we ask him if he could take the responsibility to help us with the shop closing and all the paper works and he was happy to take that work.
A week after my wife and my kids moved to Sweden and I stay in Haugesund to make sure that Lotfi got all the papers needed and that everything will go smooth.
End of December2018 I write him a (fullmakt) to represent my company during the (konkurs) procedure,I left him all the paper works,a big amount of money and the keys to my store with( minimum 1,3 million NOK in clothes and sneakers buy in prices plus plus) and I left to Sweden the 2 January 2019 after we agreed on our plan.

Dear customers and friends we are sharing with you our story just because we tried all possible ways to close this conflict in peaceful way but the persons involved are ignoring me so we decided to expose all of them, starting from the person the we already reported to the Norwegian police Lotfi Lazare,we will share with you documents and correspondence with (bostyre) and the way she treated our case, we will give every name and role of every lawyer involved in this case and of course how Haugesund police station have treated me and treated my case.
Stay tuned ,within short time, we will share with you some evidence to show how dirty things can be even in Norway!

From that day I was impressed with this person he was so good at what he do a real professional, from June 2014 to December 2018 I was almost meeting him daily, i won my trust and I counted on him as a big brother, I start taking him with me to buy in items to the store, start going with me to meeting with my suppliers, contract with employees, taxe papers... he was amazing for 4 years but I didn’t know he was just waiting for the right moment to do this to me.
Long story short end of 2018 I got sick I couldn’t almost stand on my feet’s and ask my big brother who I trust to help me close my shop do all the paper work, I left a (fullmakt) so he will present us during the (konkurs) process because my health situation was too bad and he convinced me that he will fix this as usual just join your family in Sweden and I’ll take care of the rest.(the pictures are just 10%) of what we got on him.

Few weeks after I met this person (in previous post) called Lotfi Lazare(he had an Råadgivningkontor in Haugesund and work mostly with new immigrants :work papers,visa,company,taxes...)he came to my store and gave me his visit card and told me to contact him if anything happens, a week after I get a strange robbery in my store and of course I called Mr Lotfi and he help me directly and manage to get my money back via my insurance within 48 hours.Amazing!!
I told him to get payed for his work but he insisted that we are brothers and he did that work for me for free and told me to not hesitate to contact him any time.
I was totally in love with this Imam.

A year after we open our shop I get to know this man in the pictures, he came to my shop and he represented himself as a (lawyer) find out after he was call Saul style, he was a football coach and Imam in Haugesund big Mosque.
This person L.L became my right hand and won mine and my family’s trust and we treated him as a family member.
He been spending minimum 6 ours with me daily in 4 years I shared with him almost everything about my business and that was my mistake.
Lesson learned.
