I have a background in graphic design and I started making silver jewelry back in 2008 as a creative outlet. I lived in the states for seven years, where I met my husband, and we moved back to Sweden in 2012. I took a bit of a break from metalsmithing and focused on raising two little rugrats but now I have decided to give this a go and see if I can try and make a living of my passion. So

I make everything by hand and enjoy the creative chaos that surrounds my studio. I find inspiration everywhere and my brain works faster than my hands so I tend to jump from one idea to another. Architectural, geometric shapes are often present in my work and I like to play with contrasts created with mixing natural silver and black oxidized silver. I approach my metalwork with a fearless and sometimes naive enthusiasm. I thrive on creative problem solving when it comes to the construction of my designs. I am also drawn to making multi functional jewelry, kinetic designs and my work often has a bit of an unexpected side to it. My jewelry has a clean and modern expression, sometimes closer to art jewelry, but it is always functional and comfortable to wear.
