Come by for a coffee and a browse in the Shop, grab some pizza, bring something to mend and transform, or come along to The Market and share, exchange and connect.

You don’t need to be staying at Ängsbacka or joining a festival to be part of it. These gatherings are open to everyone, familiar faces, friends, neighbours and curious newcomers alike.

🍕🔥 Pizza at Ängsbacka!

Did you know that during summer we have our own pizzeria? Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired stone oven and they are honestly SO good. 😍

In this video one of our pizza baker Karsten is making a gluten free pizza that is simply divine! 🤤 Normal gluten pizzas are also of course available, as is vegan options.

Normally, the Pizza Place is only open for our festival participants and volunteers, but in the coming week you have two chances to come and eat our pizza! 🍕

On Saturday 15th August & Wednesday 19th August the Pizza Place will be serving pizzas from 16:00–19:30. Prices starting from 99kr. Ps. The pizzeria also sell amazing tiramisu 😋

Maybe introspection doesn't always look like sitting alone in silence.
Maybe sometimes it sounds like singing badly with strangers.
Or dancing without knowing what you're doing.
Or lying on the floor while someone plays a sound that makes you forget to check the time.

We can find our way inward through many doors.
Sound can be one of them.
And sometimes, having other people around makes it easier to stop performing - stop figuring things out - and simply be where you are

More of the people bringing their sound to Sound Festival ✨ August 27–30

Filip - founder of Holy Tree and Sound Festival, music medicine man and instrument maker. Through music and handmade instruments, he explores sound as a bridge between the human and the spiritual.

Ida Simone - singer, chantress and creator of Zensing. She works with voice, emotion and the body, inviting people to sing, feel and release without the need to perform.

Kenneth - sound engineer, producer and immersive audio explorer based in Molkom. From field recordings to surround sound journeys, his work is all about exploring the many dimensions of listening.

Benjamin - creator of The Element Key, an embodied practice using voice, movement and elemental gestures to explore collective presence, improvisation and connection.

Four different approaches. One shared thread: sound as something we can meet, explore and create with.
