We want to take a minute to appreciate and lift our amazing chair Rebecca Lundberg 🩷🩷 she brings wisdom, warmth and elbow grease to our organization and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her hard work and commitment to both Malmö Pride and the community 🏳️‍🌈🌈🏳️‍⚧️✨

Calling all qu**rs allies and friends to show up for the Prideparade at Malmöfestivalen on Friday!
Please bring speakers, instruments, pots and pans, megaphones and everything you have to make noise!

Unfortunately BAM won’t be able to join us this year to lead with the drumming crew so we will need your help to be HEARD as we walk through the hustle and bustle of Malmöfestivalen ✨

Let’s be heard, seen and let’s take space - NO APOLOGIES in 2026!!!

You’ve seen Qarl Qunt on our stage at not one but TWO Slutfests! And how many of us have had butterflies in our stomachs watching her own the stage at Indigo Flamingo at Skånes Dansteater ?? 🦋🦋Sofia Södergård / Qarl Qunt is a pillar and a force to be reckoned with 🌪️🕺
She has given so much to us and the community and it’s of course heartbreaking to hear about the challenges she is facing with this very rare form of cancer. We just thought she looked sexy as hell with that eyepatch, we swear we’ve even seen it catch on as a style choice out on the dancefloors?!

It’s time we stand up and support and do what we can to help our friend Sofia Södergård / Qarl Qunt 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
We have added the link to our bio - to donate to help her get a chance to get TIL- treatment abroad!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to CSD Berlin | Berlin PRIDE and those directly affected by the horrific attack last night.

This is every pride organizers worst fear and unfortunately a real part of everything we do.

As probably most of the community around the world - we woke up in a panic making sure that all our loved ones in Berlin are safe…and our hearts break for those who didn’t get the respons they were hoping for when reaching out to check in on a loved one 💔.

Together we are strong 🌈 together we can change the world 🌈 love wins all 🌈

We have landed and now have time to r e f l e c t and give thanks to the pillars and building blocks that made this year’s Malmö Pride festival one of the biggest, most impactful joyous and serious Malmö Prides in our time.

When no one else cared, when no one else listened and when no one else found us important - there was always

They have tirelessly lifted us and members of our Malmö community year after year. Giving voices to us down here, lifting our own unique version of pride and queerness and celebrating together with us. Always with a focus on the community first.

We would like to lift and celebrate for their support and work throughout the years 💓

As you know they have also gone through some financial struggles of their own and we would like to encourage all of you to subscribe, support and read !!!

I lördags fylldes gatorna av glädje och kärlek när Malmö stad deltog i årets Prideparad! 🌈✨

Ett stort tack till alla Malmöbor och besökare som gick med oss. Tillsammans fortsätter vi att bygga en stad där alla kan känna sig trygga och stolta över att vara precis den de är. 💛🥳
