In a great bit of news, our short film 'THE INTERVIEW' has picked up its first laurel! A semi-final spot at the !! Huge thanks goes to the festival for this recognition. 🎥✨

We should point out that we've only put this forward for a couple of festivals, so don't expect a slew of posts on this film!! 😁

We had such a lovely time telling the story of MacLeod's Tables at the Scottish themed evening "My Heart's in the Highland"! An amazing audience and an honor to share our love of Scottish tradition with some very talented musicians and artwork by Tora Törnquist

Front Row's back catolgue is very much set in the past. But that does not mean we are not innovators. Again, a completely new adaptation had us performing Jekyll & Hyde as a two-parter.

Breaking with theatrical convention, we used the narrative voice through both our actors. Having the author played by both actors leant into the duality-of-self theme beautifully. As well as being symbolically important, it provided a good dose of humour to this gothicly dark piece. Having both actors play all the parts also led to the most costume changes we've ever attempted in a single play!

Here at Front Row Theatre, we don't quite believe we are done with Jekyll & Hyde, and we hope that at some point in the future it will resurface as inevitably as Mr. Hyde does in Dr. Jekyll!! (It is still available to buy in, if anybody is interested!)
