There are experiences that words can barely hold… and yet, some moments deserve to be honoured through sharing.
During our recent shamanic breathwork session, something truly profound unfolded. Participants were guided into deeply altered states of consciousness where time, identity, and story dissolved. Some were taken into vivid experiences of what felt like past lives in ancient Egypt — memories carried not as thoughts, but as emotions, sensations, and knowing.
What was most powerful was witnessing the courage to fully merge into feelings that many of us spend lifetimes avoiding. Feelings of deep unworthiness surfaced — raw, ancient, and deeply human. Instead of resisting, participants allowed themselves to breathe through it, to meet it completely.
And something magical happened.
When the feeling was embraced fully, without judgement or escape, it began to transform. The contraction softened. The separation dissolved. What emerged on the other side was a profound sense of pure oneness — connection with self, with others, and with the greater whole.
It was a reminder that our deepest pain and sorrow are not mistakes or obstacles. They can become sacred doorways. When met with presence, breath, and support, they can open us into unimaginable peace, love, and belonging.
