Monsoon Tales is a dance production that was originally conceived as an outdoor performance/happening. However, it is currently being adapted into a more traditional stage production. The performance invites you to a fairy-tale India where lotus flowers dance, tigers growl, and Kathak dancers duel to tongue-twisting rhythms... 
All under the watchful eye of the River Goddess.

The performance is based on various forms of classical Indian dance, martial arts, and modern dance. The ensemble will test out some new scenes on the ExPro Stage and present a few finished ones.

Monsunsagor är en dansproduktion som ursprungligen skapades för att vara en utomhusföreställning/ happening. Men som nu håller på och omformas till att bli en mer traditionell föreställning för scen. I föreställningen bjuds du in till Ett sagans Indien där lotusblommor dansar, tigrar morrar och kathakdansöserna duellerar med tungvrickande rytmer... 
Allt under Flodgudinnans överseende.

Föreställningen är baserad på olika former av klassisk indisk dans, kampsport och modern dans. 

Ensemblen kommer att på ExPro Stage testa lite nya scener och bjuda på några färdiga.

MONSOON TALES
The monsoon is on its way…
Then the peacocks emerge to dance...
You are invited to a fairy-tale India, where lotus flowers invite you to dance. Tigers growl and duel. Kathak dancers perform to tongue-twisting rhythms. All under the watchful eye of the magical river goddess.
The performance is a feel-good show (or work in progress) and created based on the concept of soft performance.
