We are delighted to invite Anna Ehnvall, psychiatrist and Associate Professor at the University of Gothenburg, to join the cast for an After-Show Discussion following the performance of Every Brilliant Thing on Thursday 16th of April.

INTESNIVE ADVANCED ACTING COURSE at GEST
18 April -23rd May - Application deadline: 24nd March

Do you have previous experience in acting and seek to develop your skills further?

With longer intensive sessions, fewer students and more performances, this course is made to suit participants with advanced level experience who want to take it to the next level.

The course is exclusive for only 10 participants, runs for 5 consecutive Saturdays with 4 full day sessions + one full rehearsal and performance day consisting of 2 performances in front of a public audience. There will also be one weekday evening session for a technical rehearsal closer to performance.

The course is led by GESTs Joint Artistic Director Gary Whitaker who will use his 40 years experience of working in professional theatre as an actor and director. He will take you through a professional rehearsal process used by GEST. Recommended reading is “Different Every Night: Freeing the Actor” by Mike Alfreds.

Important information
Please note that this course is not "first come, first served". We will go through applications and choose a group of 10 based on your experience. If you are admitted to the course, we will send you an admission mail with more information and an attached invoice.

When: 18th April, 25th April, 2nd May, 16th May, 23rd May
Plus one weekday evening for a technical rehearsal
