Inspiring Workplaces™ is the creation of bringing two global businesses together. The Employee Engagement Awards and The Employee Engagement Alliance. Five years ago, inspired by the difference the early adopters of employee engagement were making to people and organisations, we decided to create two sister companies to help accelerate the pace at which organisations embraced employee engagement t

o deliver a better employee experience. This had the goal of proving the positive impact of employee engagement by recognising and sharing best practice approaches through conferences and awards. The second was The Employee Engagement Alliance. This had the aim of being the standard bearer for professional development in employee engagement by delivering the inspiration, knowledge and tools to produce an employee experience that engages and energizes. Both have delivered against their aims. But we’ve recognised, thanks to a lot of constructive feedback, that we can achieve much more together than we can apart. So, we’ve combined the strengths of the Awards and the Alliance to create Inspiring Workplaces™ – an organisation with a much more ambitious goal. Our Purpose is to improve the world by improving the world of work – for everyone. Whilst we still deeply believe in the positive impact of driving the Employee Experience to drive Engagement, we believe there has been a convergence of buzzwords. Whether engagement, experience, culture, purpose, wellbeing, diversity… they all ultimately lead to an inclusive & psychologically safe culture that allows people to bring their true selves to work, be inspired by the purpose of the business and the people they work alongside. Giving them the freedom to develop and perform at their best. Transforming organizations and the lives within them.

Why AI & Culture Must Evolve Together...

Did you know? Companies that invest in culture transformation see up to 4x higher employee engagement (Gallup). As AI changes the game, it’s essential that our workplaces evolve to keep up. We are in the midst of a global shift on so many levels.

Our premier event for Inspire:Stockholm on 11/11/21 was a great success! Our fantastic venue and the live music created a truly uplifting atmosphere.

The storytellers Natalie Mellin, Tiffany Lopez Lee, and Anna Tebelius Bodin were incredible, and the stories they shared were honest, insightful, and inspiring.

The “Inspire Ring” made us all feel equal and safe. It was easy and comfortable for the audience to interact with our storytellers, and it made for engaging group conversations on the topic of diversity and inclusion.

Afterwards, the mingle with food, drinks and lots of interesting discussions left everyone feeling inspired. The event was an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded people equally passionate about creating diverse and inclusive cultures at work.

Inspire: Stockholm is part of a global movement started by Inspire Workplaces, dedicated to driving change and creating better workplace environments. Through this event, we have set off the ripple effect of this movement here in Sweden. Now, let’s keep the positive momentum going! We pass the baton to the next city in line – Inspire: San Francisco!

We can’t wait to see what the future brings. Don’t forget to keep your eyes open for the announcement of our next event in 2022…
