إلى الحكومات والمنظمات والهيئات الدولية
جراء الزلزال الذي وقع صباح هذا اليوم في الجنوب التركي والشمال السوري ونخص بالذكر الجزء الغربي منه، ومنطقة عفرين تحديداً، باعتبارها مناطق منكوبة جراء الآثار المدمرة وحجم الأضرار الناجمة من انهيار المباني ووقوع آلاف الضحايا من القتلى والجرحى، ومن دون تدخل رسمي حكومي من جانب النظام السوري والتركي وسط لامبالاة وتماطل في أداء الواجب الاغاثي والإنساني، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى مضاعفات الكارثة.
وبناء عليه نناشدكم ومن منطلق الحرص على الأرواح والممتلكات التدخل الفوري والسريع لإنقاذ مايمكن انقاذه بالوسائل والاجراءات الضرورية والفرق الطبية والاسعافية اللازمة بغية الحد من الخسائر والاضرار اللاحقة.
نأمل منكم الاستجابة العاجلة لندائنا هذه ودمتم للانسانية جمعاء.

Urgent appeal to governments and international organizations
The earthquake that hit southern Turkey and northern Syria this morning hit the western part around the Kurdish region of Afrin with devastating proportions. It should be noted that the Afrin region is in close proximity to the epicenter, which caused significant shaking throughout the region and caused great damage. Thousands of dead, destroyed buildings and towns are the result of this natural disaster.
Despite the devastating extent of the destruction and the suffering of the people, neither the Syrian nor the Turkish regime are fulfilling their international obligations to provide necessary humanitarian aid and initiate life-saving measures in Afrin region. The delay in providing assistance leads to double complications and complicates the necessary life-saving measures.
Therefore, out of concern for the life and health of the earthquake victims, we appeal to take action as soon as possible and to initiate the necessary medical measures to save lives and protect what can still be saved.
We hope that you will respond immediately to our call for help.

Dringender Appell an Regierungen und internationalen Organisationen
Das Erdbeben, das sich heute Morgen im Süden der Türkei und im Norden Syriens ereignet hat, traf insbesondere der westliche Teil um die kurdische Region Afrin in verheerendem Ausmaß. Es ist anzumerken, dass die Region Afrin in unmittelbarer Nähe des Epizentrums liegt, was zu erheblichen Erschütterungen in der gesamtem Region führte und große Schäden verursachte. Tausende Tote, zerstörte Gebäude und Ortschaften sind das Ergebnis dieser Naturkatastrophe.
Trotz des verheerenden Ausmaßes der Zerstörungen und das Leid der Menschen, kommen weder das syrische Regime noch das türkische ihren internationalen Verpflichtungen nach um notwendige humanitäre Hilfe zu leisten und Lebensrettende Maßnahmen einzuleiten. Die Verzögerung bei der Hilfeleistung führt zu doppelten Komplikationen und erschweren die notwendigen Lebensrettende Maßnahmen.
Deshalb appellieren wir aus Sorge um Leben und Gesundheit der Erdbebenopfer, schnellstens tätig zu werden und die erforderlichen medizinischen Maßnahmen einzuleiten um Leben zu retten und zu schützen, was noch zu retten ist.
