Charlott har patinerat Thomas Qvarsebos "Pojke med gäss"
Hon preparerade ytan med almoniumsulfid för att få en bra grund och sedan värms bronsen upp. Koppar nitrat penslas på den varma ytan, detta för att påskynda oxideringen som ger bronsen sin fina gröna färg.
Det tar ca 3 dagar att patinera denna skulptur, säger patinören Charlott

Charlott has patinated Thomas Qvarsebo’s “Pojke med gäss”
She prepared the surface with aluminum sulfide to create a good base, and then heated the bronze. Copper nitrate is brushed onto the warm surface to accelerate the oxidation process, which gives the bronze its beautiful green color.
It takes about 3 days to patinate this sculpture, says patinator Charlott
