تقرير عن الجمعية العمومية الأولى لمنتدى أصداف بورتسودان

شهد مقر ادارة قطاع التوجيه اليوم، الأربعاء 6 نوفمبر 2024، انطلاقة رسمية لمنتدى أصداف بورتسودان، وذلك خلال انعقاد الجمعية العمومية التأسيسية الأولى للمنتدى. بحضور مسؤول التنظيمات الثقافية بولاية البحر الأحمر، الأستاذ محمد يوسف، وأمين أمانة شباب الأمرأر، الأستاذ حسن محمد عثمان، والإعلامي المرموق هساي أحمد آدم، والنابغة آدم البجاوي مؤسس قناة البجاوي العالمية.
شهدت الجمعية حضورًا لافتًا من أعضاء المنتدى، مما يعكس الاهتمام الكبير بأهداف المنتدى وطموحاته. ويأتي تأسيس منتدى أصداف بورتسودان انطلاقًا من الرغبة في تثقيف المجتمع ورتق النسيج الاجتماعي ومحاربة خطاب الكراهية مع التركيز على فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون والشراكة بين مختلف مكونات المجتمع المدني.
خلال الاجتماع، تم انتخاب مجلس إدارة للمنتدى يتولى قيادته في المرحلة المقبلة. وقد اعتمدت الجمعية العمومية على تولي قويلاي محمد عيسى منصب رئيسًا للمنتدى، فيما تولى الأستاذ أبوعلي هاشم منصب نائب الرئيس. والأستاذ محمد عيسى محمد أمينا عاما، بينما تولت الأستاذة فرحات عيسى إبراهيم موسى منصب الأمين المالي، واختيرت الأستاذة مريم بدري أحمد نائبة للأمين المالي.
وتم الاتفاق على تكوين باقي الأمانات لاحقًا، مما يعكس التوجه نحو تنظيم فعاليات وأنشطة متعددة تهدف إلى تعزيز الثقافة المحلية ودعم الشباب.
أكد مؤسسو المنتدى أنهم يسعون إلى تحقيق تنمية مستدامة في المدينة من خلال مجموعة من الفعاليات والأنشطة الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تستهدف فئات المجتمع المختلفة، خاصة الشباب لأنهم عماد المستقبل، وهم قوة دافعة للتغيير الإيجابي. ومن هذا المنطلق، يأتي تأسيس هذا المنتدى ليكون حاضنةً لأفكارهم وطاقاتهم الإبداعية. إننا نؤمن بأن الاستثمار في الشباب هو الاستثمار في المستقبل، وأن هذا المنتدى سيساهم في بناء جيلٍ واعٍ ومبدع وقادر على تحمل مسؤولياته.
وقد لاقت مبادرة المنتدى ترحيبًا واسعًا من الحضور، الذين عبروا عن ثقتهم في قدرة المنتدى على إحداث تغيير إيجابي في المجتمع وتشجيعهم له.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى الدور الكبير الذي لعبته قناة البجاوي العالمية في تغطية هذا الحدث، حيث قدمت القناة تغطية إعلامية متميزة للجمعية العمومية، قد تساهم في تسليط الضوء على أهمية المنتدى وأهدافه.

Report on the First General Assembly of the Portsudan Shells Forum

On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, the headquarters of the Guidance Sector witnessed the official launch of the Portsudan Shells Forum during the first founding general assembly of the forum. The event was attended by Mr. Mohammed Youssef, the Cultural Organizations Officer in the Red Sea State, Mr. Hassan Mohammed Osman, Secretary of the Youth Secretariat of the Amrar, renowned journalist Hsay Ahmed Adam, and the distinguished Adam Al-Bajawi, founder of Al-Bajawi Global Channel.
The assembly saw a remarkable attendance from forum members, reflecting significant interest in the forum's goals and aspirations. The establishment of the Portsudan Shells Forum stems from a desire to educate the community, mend social fabric, and combat hate speech, while focusing on opening new avenues for cooperation and partnership among various components of civil society.
During the meeting, a board of directors for the forum was elected to lead it in the upcoming phase. The general assembly approved Quillai Mohammed Eisa as the president of the forum, while Mr. Abu Ali Hashim was elected as vice president. Mr. Mohammed EIsa Mohammed took on the role of secretary-general, and Ms. Farhat Eisa Ibrahim Mousa was appointed as treasurer, with Ms. Mariam Badri Ahmed chosen as deputy treasurer.
It was agreed to form the remaining secretariats later, reflecting a commitment to organizing various events and activities aimed at promoting local culture and supporting youth.
The founders of the forum affirmed their commitment to achieving sustainable development in the city through a series of cultural and social events targeting different segments of society, especially youth, as they are the backbone of the future and a driving force for positive change. Thus, the establishment of this forum serves as an incubator for their ideas and creative energies. We believe that investing in youth is investing in the future, and that this forum will contribute to building a conscious, creative generation capable of taking responsibility.
