On August, I’m teaming up with Cuban chef Alberto González Ceballos to host Identity — a one-night-only dining experience built around his signature menu: “Abuela”.

It’s a heartfelt tribute to the flavours, memories, and stories of his childhood in Cuba — inspired by his grandmother’s cooking and reimagined through a creative, modern lens.

Over the last few months I’ve had the opportunity to be part of the KOL team which forms part of the MJMK family. It has been an unforgettable experience. I’ve learnt a lot about Mezcal mixology and fine dining. This young and talented team at KOL represents the true values of hospitality.
