One of the region's largest Arabic drama productions just got the green light, and it's a signal of where Saudi's production industry is heading.

Announced by General Entertainment Authority and produced by SELA, Al Ameer is set to become one of the region’s largest Arabic drama productions, bringing together international directors, global production teams, large-scale action sequences, and advanced studio facilities across Riyadh and Cairo.

With Ahmed Ezz leading an international cast, the series reflects Saudi Arabia’s growing investment in high-end entertainment production and world-class infrastructure.

Productions at this scale pull serious resources with them. Lighting, sound, staging, AV, broadcast infrastructure. The demand is real and it's growing.

The event will now take place from 30 August – 01 September 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center.

The revised dates ensure the show delivers the technical depth and international participation the industry expects, while addressing ongoing logistical challenges.

All existing registrations and exhibitor commitments will automatically transfer to the new dates.
