Most SME founders think they need more people.
Usually, they need fewer manual tasks.

I spoke with a founder in Riyadh last week. 60 staff. Revenue up 40% year-on-year. And completely stuck.

Not a sales problem. His team was drowning:

→ HR losing half the month to attendance + payroll
→ Salespeople chasing follow-ups by hand (and losing half of them)
→ A manager whose entire Friday goes to "pulling the numbers"

None of that needs a human.
