نفخر بمشاركة ريان عاشور، رئيس معامل البحر الأحمر، في مهرجان شورت شورتس السينمائي وآسيا 2026 في اليابان، ضمن لجنة تحكيم مسابقتَي آسيا الدولية واليابان للأفلام القصيرة.

تعكس هذه المشاركة حضور مؤسسة البحر الأحمر السينمائي والمملكة العربية السعودية على الساحة السينمائية الدولية، وتجسّد دورنا في مدّ جسور التواصل وتعزيز التبادل الثقافي مع صنّاع الأفلام والمؤسسات السينمائية حول العالم، كما تأكد على التزامنا بدعم المواهب الواعدة وتنمية آفاق التعاون بين المملكة وقارة آسيا.

We were proud to see Ryan Ashore, Director of the Red Sea Labs, take part in Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2026 in Japan as a jury member for the Asia International and Japan competitions.

His participation reflects the growing international presence of the Red Sea Film Foundation and Saudi Arabia on the global film stage, while strengthening our connections with filmmakers, festivals, and industry partners across Asia and beyond. Through these exchanges, we continue to champion emerging talent, foster cultural dialogue, and build new pathways for creative collaboration.

٤٨ ساعة من الإبداع في صناعة الأفلام.

اغتنم الفرصة وأدع من يشاركك شغف السينما للتحدي في صنع فيلم قصير خلال يومين فقط. ✨🎥

يدعو تحدي صناعة فيلم في ٤٨ ساعة المواهب الشابة في المملكة، من المواطنين والمقيمين بعمر 18–25 عامًا، لخوض تجربة سينمائية مكثفة وصناعة فيلم قصير خلال يومين فقط.

تحصل الفرق المختارة على ورش إرشادية مكثفة في صناعة الفيلم القصير قبل انطلاق التحدي، على أن تُعرض الأفلام ضمن الأيام المهنية، حيث سيتم تتويج فريقين فائزين. كما سيحصل قائد أو قائدة كل فريق فائز على فرصة المشاركة في إقامة فنية بإحدى فعاليات السينما والإخراج في فرنسا عام ٢٠٢٧.

‏Ready to make a film in just 48 hours? ✨🎥

‏The 48Hr Film Challenge invites aspiring Saudi and Saudi-resident filmmakers aged 18–25 to take part in an intensive filmmaking experience and create a short film in only two days.

‏Selected teams will join focused mentorship workshops in short film production before taking on the challenge. The experience will conclude with professional days and film screenings, where two winning teams will be awarded. The winning team leaders will also receive the opportunity to take part in a residency at a film event in France in 2027.
