An award winning filmmaker, born in Rwanda on 26th June 1990. she is a professional film, theatre and documentaries producer, scriptwriter, Director with 7 years’ experience by 2022 | 5 years in social media management and digital marketing| 4 years in international development and youth empowerment| 3 years in Audio editing and mixing. d in different film festivals and won the best independent feature film from Africa by an IMdb qualifying festival The best film award in the UK. Her career is highlighted in filmmaking, Technology and digital marketing. She is Culture and Arts young expert at AU-EU Youth cooperation Hub, this hub is a multi-stakeholder initiative with youth at its core seeking to test new approaches to common challenges facing the AU & EU. Since 2015 she has been working with La Benevolencija Grands Lacs as a writer of a Rwandan popular Radio Drama Called ''Musekeweya'' The main goal of Musekeweya is to explain a theory coined by Staub titled the Continuum of Violence, which seeks to explain the escalating stages in group violence, how to take preventive measures to avoid them, and how to achieve sustainable reconciliation. The second goal is to promote active bystandership, because passivity in violence affirms the perpetrators and facilitates the evolution of harm doing. In 2021 Clemence created, co-directed and produced her first feature film called I Bwiza, highlighting the struggle of emerging artists. In 2016 she co-founded Double C Technology Solutions Ltd, a Rwandan company that produce films, theatres, digital marketing and other technology related services. In June, 2019 she Founded for peace building, Social Inclusion, Unity and reconciliation, art and culture promotion as well as gender balance. She is one of few Rwandan female stand up comedians.
