Meet Fool Moon: a dynamic duo united by a shared passion for creating unforgettable mead experiences. Alen and Aurora bring a family legacy and an innovative vision to the art of meadmaking, crafting every bottle with skill and creativity.

Alen is the heart and hands behind Fool Moon's flavors, blending honey, fruit, and botanicals with a family winemaking tradition passed down for over a century, balanced with a bold, experimental spirit.

Aurora is the organizational force keeping it all grounded, managing finances, operations, and strategy since 2020, so Alen can focus on the craft.

Together, they turn a family legacy into a fresh take on mead, one bottle, one drop at a time.

Founded in 2014 as a gypsy brewery, Horizont took over an abandoned factory building in Budapest in 2016, a place where beer had already been brewed back in the 1930s. They were the first mid-European brewery to win the Alltech Craft Beer Cup in Dublin in 2017, and haven't stopped collecting medals since. Today the team produces around 30 new beers a year, including barrel-aged batches, limited series with real fruit, and adventurous recipe experiments. Curiosity, reliability, and a whole lot of badass in every sip.

One sunny day in 2017, a Frenchman named François opened a brewery in Buzău, already in love with Romania and the wild landscape at the foot of the Carpathians. Coming from a brewing family in France and Belgium, he built One Beer Later from scratch, and it's been growing ever since: a diverse range of craft beers, all brewed with Romanian malt, from traditional recipes to barrel-aged experiments.
The proof is in the beer.

Two childhood friends from eastern Serbia shared a vision: to build a brewery that would redefine craft beer in the region. In 2016, that vision became Dogma. Today, it brews 68,000 litres a month and is the fastest-growing craft beer producer in the region.
Its flagship Hoptopod IPA made an unforgettable debut at Novi Sad's beer festival, immediately winning the audience award. Today, Dogma is Serbia's largest craft beer exporter, shipping to more than 40 countries.

Founded in early 2024 as a contract brewery, .brewery has the ambition to one day find its own home. For the first year, the brewery has offered 10 types of beer with its own recipes that would satisfy even the most capricious tastes. Catch them at Unfiltered Festival on October 24th.

From the heart of Transylvania, Cluj joins us at Unfiltered.
Focused on the art of barrel aging, Blackout has quietly become one of Romania's most celebrated breweries. Imperial stouts aged in bourbon, rye, and peated whisky barrels; bold IPAs and DIPAs, their range is as dark and complex as the name suggests. In May 2020 they reached the top of the Untappd charts as Romania's highest-rated brewery.
Expect the unexpected on October 24th at Unfiltered Festival.

Kykao is a craft microbrewery from the Achaia region of northwestern Peloponnese, started by a group of friends who were enthusiastically homebrewing together for 15 years before turning it into something more. The name is inspired by the Kykaeon, an ancient psychoactive brew created spontaneously through wild yeasts and herbs, traditionally consumed during the climax of the Eleusinian Mysteries, the most famous secret rite of ancient Greece. A small, independent, cooperative microbrewery with a mission to make top quality craft beer while creating a healthy, truly equal working environment, respecting and protecting nature in every way possible.
