✨Dear friends and colleagues,

On Saturday, the 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 (from 18h00 to 21h00), we have the pleasure of inviting you to the Opening of the group exhibition ‘𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀’, at the KINDL - Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst Berlin, where artist Adina Pintilie and her team will present a series of new works, within the cinematic installation ‘𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦’(photography, film and sound installation), produced by Manekino FILM. The presentation of Pintilie’s works was made possible with the kind support of the Rumänisches Kulturinstitut Berlin. 🙏 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 Berlin Art Week.

On display 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, ‘𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘚𝘶𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵’ at KINDL - Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst is the fourth in a series of interconnected international exhibitions, - curated by the Tok Curators (Anna Bitkina & Maria Veits), - exploring the body as a contested site for ideological and political power, while proposing potential modes of existence that defy the coercive state machinations and discuss strategies of resistance.

♡ Over 200 people, together with the protagonists, artist and film crew, became participants in the performative-cinematic installation 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 which marked the finissage of the exhibition 'Adina Pintilie. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒆. 𝑬𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑲𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝑲𝒐̈𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔' at Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart, at the beginning of this year. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 everyone! It's been intense, overwhelming and impossible to forget… A precious moment of grace and togetherness.

✨ Unveiling new works by the artist, the exhibition '𝑨𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒆. 𝑬𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑲𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝑲𝒐̈𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔' has opened a few days ago in the magnificent space of Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart. Conceived in close collaboration with the museum’s team, the exhibition in Stuttgart marks the project’s German premiere (after its debut at the 2022 Venice Art Biennial), as well as its next stage, presenting, for the first time, Pintilie’s new performative-cinematic installation '𝑾𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅' ('𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍').

The artist Adina Pintilie and her team will present there a new work from the '𝘊𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘰𝘥𝘺' series, alongside works by fellow artists Alina Szapocznikow, Jesse Luke Darling, Johanna Hedva, Marijke van Warmerdam, Maryam Jafri, Grace Ndiritu, Rory Pilgrim, the vacuum cleaner and collaborators.

Eroticism, desire, lust, fantasy - female gaze on the male body: the group exhibition offers unusual perspectives and exciting insights.
