Mauro Colagreco grew up in Argentina, a country of traditions where horses, fire, guitars, and long Sunday afternoons move together through daily life and shape its spirit.
There, polo, asado, and music are not separate worlds: they belong to one continuous cultural experience. Riders, asadores, and musicians each play their part in a shared cadence, gathered around a table that becomes the natural center of it all.
So when he said yes to Singureni Manor, the only manor in Romania with its own polo field, he was not simply accepting an invitation. He was stepping into an experience already deeply familiar to him, rooted in the culture of his homeland.

TRUFFLE HUNTING & SUNDAY BRUNCH ✨

This summer, Singureni Manor invites you to discover one of the forest’s most fascinating treasures — the truffle.

On selected Sundays in June and July, step into the heart of the Singureni Forest for a guided truffle hunting experience alongside our trained Lagotto Romagnolo dogs, searching for the elusive “black gold” hidden beneath the woodland floor.

The journey begins with a welcome coffee and an introduction by Chef Alexandru Dumitru and the truffle hunting team, followed by the hunt itself — a rare immersion into nature, instinct, and seasonality.

After the experience, return to the manor for a beautiful brunch in the forest, created by Chef Alexandru Dumitru and his team, celebrating fresh flavors and the richness of the season.
